Instead of the usual worm-style plastics, we went with a more natural route—a true-to-life minnow profile designed to trigger bites when other baits fall flat. Drop shotting is one of the most reliable finesse techniques in bass fishing, especially when dealing with clear water, pressure, or tough conditions. But for years, anglers have used skinny worms to imitate baitfish. We thought—why not use a bait that actually looks like one?
