The YoDaddy is Russ Lane’s signature flipping bait. Designed around a 5/0 flipping hook, it can easily be flipped, pitched, or punched into places that more bulky baits can’t. The flapping claws combined with the secondary action of the legs and antennas are a deadly combo that makes bass strike.
Two primary features that Russ wanted to incorporate into the YoDaddy were a bait with a lot of action and a higher hooking percentage. He took into consideration how the bait had to sit on the hook and how to get the best hook penetration. Russ built the YoDaddy around a 5/0 straight shank Gamakatsu heavy flipping hook. Russ also wanted a bait that had good action but would not require a lot of movement to create the action. The Big Bite Baits YoDaddy swims easily with the smallest movement. It also works well when used as a trailer for flipping, swimming and football jigs. Available in 3.5″ (8 per pack).
